Manos Vrontis is the Founder and Managing Director of the consulting firm Think Soft.
Manos possesses more than 20 years of corporate experience with a deep understanding of strategy formulation and execution related to changing market dynamics. Having a hands-on management style and team player approach has enabled him to lead and drive change in multi-cultural and cross-functional organizations.
Manos has worked in Greece, Europe and Asia, in companies such as Unilever, Sara Lee, BIC, OPAP and Boutari Wineries as General Manager, Commercial Director and Sales Director and was also appointed as an expatriate GM for Asia in charge of 12 countries for more than 3 years.
He holds an MBA from Monash University and is currently a PhD candidate under the University of Bolton in which he also teaches the courses of Strategic Management and Marketing. Manos’ consulting advice is often sought from organizations and he is also an executive coach and master trainer in the areas of Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Negotiation and Soft Skills.
He believes greatly in the intelligence of the young business generation and holds the position of Partner in Massachusetts Institute of Technology Enterprise Forum (MITEF) which enables tech start-ups to transform their ideas into companies. Manos is also a Strategic Associate of iLeads, a Strategic Leadership and Digital Transformation Lab of the University of Piraeus in Greece.
Antonios Tzimpoulas, a native of Cologne, Germany, is a distinguished professional in the field of Human Resources and Organizational Development. His academic foundation in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University and Strategic Human Resources Management from ALBA Business School at the American College in Athens has paved the way for a dynamic career spanning over 9 years.
Tzimpoulas’s expertise as a training and development specialist is marked by innovation and creativity. He excels in various HR domains, including talent management, recruiting, training, performance management, and employee relations, with a particular focus on Leadership Development. His skills extend to designing training programs, workshop facilitation, workforce planning, coaching, employee relations investigations, and adept project management.
His proficiency is further enhanced by his qualifications as a registered user of professional psychometric test courses and a certified Extended DISC® facilitator. These credentials underscore his ability to understand and develop human potential effectively.
Tzimpoulas’s professional journey is characterized by versatility and global exposure. He has served as a Business Development & Training Leader in diverse settings, from startups to mid-size companies and global corporations, including A.Vogel, Bio-Strath, KoKo-Dermaviduals, Webhelp, and Airbnb. His experience spans across Athens, Vancouver, and Berlin, providing him with a rich understanding of different organizational cultures and business environments.

Her profound knowledge in the area stems from holding several positions in Marketing and Customer Service.
